【摘要】 目的：对石辛牙痛片治疗胃火牙痛的疗效及安全性进行临床观察。方法：采用随机、双盲、阳性药平行对照法。64例胃火牙痛病例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用石辛牙痛片,对照组用牛黄解毒片,疗程5 d。所有患者用药前后均检查肝肾功能、心电图、血常规、尿常规和大便常规。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率与对照组无显著性差异(P＞0．05)。所有检查结果没有异常改变。结论：石辛牙痛片可以清胃泻火,缓解牙齿疼痛。对治疗胃火牙痛有效、且无副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect and security of the tablet of ShiXin,a traditional Chinese medicine,on gastropyretie toothache.Method: 64 patients with gastropyretie toothaehewere separated into therapy group and control one.The patients were treated with the tablet of ShiXin for 5 days and compared with tablet of NiuHuang in control group.All patients’s BUN,ALT,blood-Rt,urine-Rt,and stool-Rt were measured before and after therapy.Result. The curative effect in therapy group was better than in control group.There was no abnormal change in all the measured results.Conclusion: Tablet of ShiXin could relieve pain.It is effective to treat gastropyretic toothache and has no side ef- fect.更多还原
