【摘要】 目的：研究藻酸盐印模材料与消毒液直接调合对印模精度的影响。方法：用0．25%NaClO、0．525% NaClO、0．5%84、1%84消毒液调合藻酸钾印模材作实验样本,以蒸馏水调合相同材料制取印模做对照,分别制取试件印模,用超硬石膏灌模,60min后脱模,石膏模型静置2h后测微显微镜下测量石膏模型,进行统计学分析。结果：实验组模型与对照组模型精度没有显著性变化,4组实验组模型间比较,其精度亦无显著性差异。结论：0．25% NaClO、0．525%NaClO、0．5%84、1%84消毒液调合藻酸盐印模材料消毒,在60 min内不影响模型精度,可作为口腔印模的临床消毒方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of disinfection on accuracy of alginate impressions material mixed with 4 different disinfectants.Method:The study samples were made of alginate impression material mixed with 0.25% NaCIO, 0.525% NaCLO,1% 84,0.5% 84 and one group samples of alginate impression material mixed with distilled water acted as the matched control.Alginate impressions were made by test wares,using alginate impressions material mixed with dis- infectant or with water.Super hard plaster used for molding.After 60 mins,the molds were measured by using vernier calipers and the experiment data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 statistic software package.Result:There was no sig- nificant differences in size change of impressions between the study group and control group(all P＞0.05).And no sig- nificant difference among 0.25% NaCIO,0.525%NACIO,1%84,0.5%84 disinfectant groups(all P＞0.05).Conclu- sion: Mix with alginate impression material with 0.25% NaCIO,0.525 % NaCIO,1% 84,0.5 % 84 separately does not af- fect impression accuracy,and can be used clinically.更多还原
