【摘要】 目的：比较双氧水、碘伏、次氯酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸清洁根管的效果。方法：将40个离体单根管牙随机分为4组,每组10个牙,经常规根管机械预备后应用不同的根管冲洗液冲洗根管：A组用3%过氧化氢；B组用0．5%碘伏；C组用5．25%的次氯酸钠；D组用15%乙二胺四乙酸。然后劈开牙根,用扫描电镜进行观察、评级。结果：D组的冲洗效果与A、B、C组有高度显著性差别(P＜0．01)；B、C组与A组之间的冲洗效果有高度显著性差别(P＜0．01)；B组与C组的冲洗效果无显著性差别(P＞0．05)。结论：碘伏作为根管冲洗剂具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of root canal cleaning by using H₂O₂ iodophor NaClO and EDTA irri- gation solution.Method: The extracted 40 single-rooted teeth were collected,then random distributed in 4 group with 10 of each.Those were: Group 1,3% H₂O₂;group2,0.5% iodophor; group 3,5.25 % NaCIO; Group 4,15%EDTA.Then split the roots,The effects of root canal preparation were evaluated by scanning electron microscopic photomicrographs,Re- suit:The comparison of D group with A B and C group giving a significant difference（P＜0.01）;The comparison of B and C group with A group giving a significant difference（P＜0.01）;while there was no significant difference between B and C （P＞0.05）.Conclusion:iodophor irrigation solution are of clinical value.更多还原
