【摘要】 目的:评价异体脱细胞真皮基质修复口腔黏膜缺损的临床应用。方法:选择9例因口腔肿瘤和癌前病变而导致黏膜缺损病例,以异体脱细胞真皮基质修复口腔黏膜缺损,对修复后的创面愈合情况进行观察。结果:8例以异体脱细胞真皮基质修复的缺损创面完全愈合,1例移植的异体脱细胞真皮基质约10%脱落,缺损创面正常愈合,4周后异体脱细胞真皮基质表面完全上皮化,与周围正常黏膜无明显分界。结论:异体脱细胞真皮基质可作为修复口腔黏膜缺损的一种选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the use of allogenic acellular dermal matrix for repairing the defect of oral mucosa.Method:9 patients with oral mucous defect resulting from oral tumor and precancerous lesion were included in the review,allogenic acellular dermal matrix was applied to repair these intraoral defects,patients were evaluated for the healing of wound.Result:All the wounds healed very well,only 1 was noted to partial slough of allogenic acellular dermal matrix,one can not tell the difference between the grafts and mucosa.Conclusion:Allogenic acellular dermal matrix was useful for reconstruction intraoral defect.更多还原
