【摘要】 目的:探讨玉屏风对口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的免疫调节作用。方法:88例OLP患者随机分为实验组45例,口服玉屏风口服液加局部治疗,对照组43例,口服维生素A与维生素E加局部治疗,观察疗效并检测治疗前后血清IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、C4的变化。结果:实验组总有效率95.56%,对照组总有效率81.40%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组治疗前后IgGI、gA、C3、C4指数变化有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后各项免疫指标变化无显著性差异。结论:玉屏风对OLP患者血清中IgG有双向调节作用,并能下调IgA和补体C3、C4。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the immune regulation of a Chinese herb medicine "Yu Ping Feng" in patients with oral lichen planus(OLP).Method:88 patients with OLP were random selection divided into tow groups.45 cases in test group were treated by taking orally Yu Ping Feng oral liquid and local treatment,while 43 cases in control group were treated by taking orally vitamin A and vitamin E and local treatment.The change of serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 were measured in patients with OLP before treatment and after treatment.Result:The effect rate of test group was 95.56%,while that of control group was 81.40%,(P<0.05).The difference was significant.The difference in change of serum IgG,IgA,C3,C4 was significant before treatment and after treatment in test group(P<0.05 orP<0.01),while that was not significant difference in control group.Conclusion: Yu Pig Feng can regulate the serum IgG in patients with OLP in double and down-regulate IgA and C3、C4.更多还原
