【摘要】 目的:探讨nm23基因表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测40例口腔鳞状细胞癌nm23基因表达情况,分析nm23基因表达变化与口腔鳞癌的临床病理特点及其转移的关系。结果:12例nm23基因阴性表达病例中11例发生转移,转移率91.7%,28例nm23基因阳性表达病例中1例发生转移,转移率3.6%,两者比较有高度显著性差异(P<0.001);nm23基因表达与肿瘤大小、部位、病理类型无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:nm23基因在抑制口腔鳞状细胞癌转移方面起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation between nm23 gene expression and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Method:We examined the expression of nm23 gene in 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemical method,and analysed the correlation between nm23 gene expression and clinical pathological characterestics and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Resuld:There are 11 cases metastasis in 12 cases of nm23 gene negative expression,the metastasis rate is 91.7%,but there is only 1 case metastasis in 28 cases of nm23 gene active expression,the metastasis rate is 3.6%,there is a significant difference in both groups(P<0.001);there is no correlation between nm23 gene expression and tumor size,location and pathologic type(P>0.05).Conclusion:nm23 gene plays an important role in the metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
