【摘要】 目的:探索解决镍铬合金制作金属烤瓷冠(桥)因氧化腐蚀引起的边缘变色、颈缘灰线等问题的方法。方法:将139例,284修复单位随机分为两组,实验组87例,184单位,为镀金的镍铬合金烤瓷冠,对照组52例,100单位,为普通的镍铬合金烤瓷冠。修复1年后检查烤瓷冠的边缘变色、颈缘灰线和牙龈健康情况,对比评价复查结果。结果:两组病例,在边缘变色、颈缘灰线和牙龈健康三方面均有一定差异,其中牙龈健康情况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.5),边缘变色和颈缘灰线方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:镍铬合金烤瓷修复体金属表面镀金的防腐处理,方法简便,材料性能安全,成本较低,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a simple and safety way to prevent problems related to nichrome-porcelain restorations as marginal discoloration,marginal grey-line and so on,caused by metal biscuitter corroded.Method:284 units of 139 cases were divided 2 groups at random,the experimental group had 184 units(87 cases) of nichrome-porcelain crows with gold-plating,used as comparison,had 100 units(52 cases) of ordinary nichrome-porcelain crows.They were observed after one year though clinical methods.Result:There were differences between the 2 groups in marginal discoloration,morginal grey-line and health of gum.The difference of health of gum between these 2 groups had no statistic significance,but the differences of marginal discoloration and marginal grey-line between these 2 groups had high statistic significonce.Conclusion:The gold-plating technique is plating the gold on the surface fo nichrome-porcelain restoration to prevent corrode.This technique has the advantages of simple in method,safety in management,cheaper,the deepth of plating layer can be controlled,no harmful gas during plating and good effection.更多还原
