【摘要】 目的:评价颌间Ⅲ类矫形力对颅面骨缝宽度变化的作用。方法:选用青春发育期恒河猴6只,随机分为1.5月和3月实验组各2只,对照组各1只,实验组戴双阻板磁力矫治器,对照组不戴。并于颧颌缝、颧颞缝、颧额缝两侧作银汞合金标记点,加力前后摄X线头颅侧位片,测量骨缝间距并对相关数据进行分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组加力后骨缝宽度明显增加,颧颌缝、颧颞缝宽度增加明显,颧额缝亦有增加,但增加量较少,3月组较1.5月组增加量大。结论:在颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下,实验组骨缝宽度均有不同程度增加。上颌骨长度增加,利于早期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合面型的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Class Ⅲintermaxillary functional orthopedic force on the change of pubescent Rhesus monkey’s craniofacial suture.Method:Six pubescent Rhesus monkeys were random divided into test group and control group.Monkeys in the test group wore TMA Ⅲ while the control group did not.Marks of Hg-Ag alloy were implanted on two sides of zygomaticotemprol suture,zygomaticomaxillary suture,zygomaticofrontal suture,the distance among two signs was measured in the pretreatment and posttreatment.Cephalometric radiograph were taken and analyzed before and after test.Result:Compared with the control groups the results showed that the distance of sutures were enlarged in the test groups.Zygomaticotemprol suture and zygomaticomaxillary suture is obviously,but zygomaticofrontal suture is not.Conclusion:Under class Ⅲ orthopedic therapy,the distance of sutures in the test group was obviously enlarged.The growth of maxilla was increased,It was benefited for the improvement of Class Ⅲ malocclusion.更多还原
