冷热循环对龋坏内层和正常牙本质粘接强度的影响

【摘要】 目的:评价冷热循环对正常和龋坏内层牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法:18个近中牙合面中龋人离体磨牙,在龋检液监控下用慢速牙钻去龋,在远中牙合面健康牙本质上制备相同深度窝洞作为对照。随机分成3组用粘接剂粘接(Prime&Bond NT、Adper Prompt、Contax Bond),复合树脂(Chrisma A2)充填。制备测试微拉伸粘接强度的正常牙本质和龋坏内层牙本质条状试件,再随机分成3组,分别冷热循环0次、2000次、5000次,在拉力试验机上测定粘接强度。结果:冷热循环0次、2000次、5000次时两种牙本质的粘接强度为:正常牙本质:Prime&BondNT(23.47±5.27 Mpa,25.69±4.52 Mpa,24.54±4.71 Mpa);Adper Prompt(21.29±5.05 Mpa,21.30±2.30Mpa,20.68±6.63 Mpa);Contax(25.78±4.70 Mpa,27.15±5.33 Mpa,24.40±5.93 Mpa);龋坏内层牙本质:Prime&Bond NT(19.55±3.28 Mpa,18.67±5.52 Mpa,16.07±6.96 Mpa);Adper Prompt(18.40±3.41 Mpa,18.23±3.42 Mpa,16.63±3.42 Mpa);Contax(23.98±3.55 Mpa,21.58±2.69 Mpa,15.34±6.03 Mpa)。结论:冷热循环5000次对正常牙本质的粘接强度无显著影响;对龋坏内层牙本质有显著影响,Adper Prompt除外。未进行冷热循环时,龋坏内层牙本质的粘接强度与正常牙本质没有显著差异。冷热循环5000次后,龋坏内层牙本质的粘接强度显著小于正常牙本质。

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the micro-tensile bond strengths(MTBS)of three adhesives to normal dentin(ND) and caries-affected dentin(CAD),evaluate The effect of thermocycling on MTBS.Method:Eighteen extracted human molars with coronal carious lesions extending into mid-dentin were selected.The softened carious dentine were removed with a slow-speed,carbonsteel bur using Caries Marker(VOCO) as a guide.Cut surface in sound dentine acting as controls.One of the three dentin bonding agents,AdperPrompt,Contax and Prime&Bond NT is applied to each tooth.,and covered with resin composites(Chrisma A2).Matchstick-shaped samples through the bond interfaces were sectioned.With thermocycling 0,2000,5000,MTBS was recorded.Result:The MTBS to ND with thermocycling 0,2000,5000 were as follows: Prime&Bond NT(23.47±5.27 Mpa,25.69±4.52 Mpa,24.54±4.71 Mpa);Adper Prompt(21.29±5.05 Mpa,21.30±2.30 Mpa,20.68±6.63 Mpa);Contax(25.78±4.70 Mpa,27.15±5.33 Mpa,24.40±5.93 Mpa);The MTBS to CAD with thermocycling 0,2000,5000 were as follows: Prime&Bond NT(19.55±3.28 Mpa,18.67±5.52 Mpa,16.07±6.96 Mpa);Adper Prompt(18.40±3.41 Mpa,18.23±3.42 Mpa,16.63±3.42 Mpa);Contax(23.98±3.55 Mpa,21.58±2.69 Mpa,15.34±6.03 Mpa).Conclusion:From the data generated by this study it could be concluded that thermocycling have no effect on MTBS of three adhesives to ND and have significant effect on MTBS to CAD,except for Adper Prompt.The MTBS of three adhesives to CAD were no significant difference in the bond strengths to ND without thermocycling;the MTBS of three adhesives to CAD were significant lower than those to ND with 5000 thermocycling.
