【摘要】 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者精神症状与暴力作案特点之间的关系。方法:通过使用暴力作案刑事责任能力评定量表(CRRS-V)结合Rogers刑事责任能力评定量表(R-CRAS)与简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)等工具,对54例诊断为精神分裂症的被鉴定人精神症状与暴力作案的特点进行相关分析。结果:精神病性症状同评定工具反映的多数作案特点以及鉴定时的表现之间存在密切联系,但作案时的环境辨认情况以及作案隐蔽性同精神症状间无明显关系。结论:精神分裂症患者的作案行为与多种因素有关。但不能单凭某一因素对责任能力进行评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relations between violence crime and psychotic symptoms in schizophrenia. Method:Fifty-four offenders diagnosed as schizophrenia were assessed by criminal responsibility rating scale for violence (CRRS-V),Rogers criminal responsibility assessment scales (R-CRAS) and brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),and then the relations between violence crimie and psychotic symptoms were analyzed. Results:The psychotic symptoms in schizophrenia were related to the characteristics of offence and offenders′ performance during forensic assessment.There were no significant correlations between the recognition of milieu,the concealment of offence and psychotic symptoms. Conclusion:The offence of schizophrenia may be related to multi-factors, so the assessment of responsibility should not be only based on mono-factor.更多还原
