【摘要】 目的:评价米氮平对抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将门诊和住院患者56例随机分为两组,分别给予米氮平和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程6周。采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)和临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGISI)及副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和不良反应。结果:米氮平组在治疗1、2周末HAMD、CGISI评分显著低于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。治疗6周时两组临床疗效相似。两组不良反应均轻微。结论:米氮平是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,起效较快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of mirtazapine in the treatment of depression. Method:56 out-patients and in-patients were divided to two groups,treated by mirtazapine and paroxetine respectively for 6 weeks.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),clinical global inpression scale severity of illness (CGI-SI) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were used to evaluate the effecacy and side effect. Results:Scores of HAMD and CGI-SI were significantly lower in mirtazepine group than those in paroxetine group in 1 and 2 weeks after treatment (P<005).Both groups were similar in efficacies at the end of treatment.Side effects of both groups were mild. Conclusion:Mirtazapine is a safe and effective antidepressant.It has faster efficacy.更多还原
