【摘要】 目的:比较西酞普兰与米安色林治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将106例老年抑郁症患者随机分为西酞普兰组和米安色林组,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:西酞普兰组与米安色林组疗效相仿;疗后HAMD总分均有显著减少。西酞普兰显效快,不良反应小。结论:西酞普兰是治疗老年抑郁症较好的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of citalopram and mianserin in the treatment of senile depression. Method:One hundred and six patients with senile depression were randomly divided into citalopram group and mianserin group.The period of study was six weeks.The efficacy was measured with Hamiltion depression rating scale(HAMD).The side effects were assessed by the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results:The efficacy was similar between two groups.There were significant differences in the scores of HAMD before and after treatment in both groups.Citalopram took effect more quickly and had fewer side effects. Conclusion:Citalopram is an effective antidepressant in the treatment of senile depression.更多还原
