红树内生真菌3893~#代谢产物的研究
Studies on the Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus 3893~# in Mangrove
【摘要】 研究了分离自香港红树林的红树内生真菌3893#的代谢产物,从菌丝体和发酵培养液共分离纯化得到9个化合物,通过解析波谱数据或与标准品对照确定它们的结构分别为丁二酸(A)、尿嘧啶(B)、3,5-二甲基-8-羟基-3,4-二氢异香豆素(C)、鞘糖脂(D)、棕榈酸单甘油脂(E)、麦角甾醇(F)、过氧化麦角甾醇(G)、啤酒甾醇(H)和甘露醇(I)。其中化合物C和D是首次从红树内生菌分离得到的代谢产物。
【Abstract】 Metabolites of endophytic fungus 3893~# were studied in this paper,which was isolated from mangrove at estuarine in Hongkong.Nine compounds(A-I) were isolated from the fermentation liquid and the mycelium of this strain.Their structures were elucidated by spectral techniques or by comparison with authentic samples to be succinic acid(A),uracil(B),5-methylmellein(C),cerebroside(D),glycerol monopalmitate(E),ergosterol(F),3 β-hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene(G),(cerevisterol)(H) and mannitol(I),respectively.Compounds C and D were first isolated from endophytic fungus in mangrove.
