圆滑番荔枝树皮中一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜
A Novel Kaurane Diterpenoid from the Bark of Annona glabra Linn.
【摘要】 对番荔枝科植物圆滑番荔枝(Annona glabraL inn.)树皮的化学成分进行了研究,分离得到一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜。树皮15 kg,95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。浸膏混悬于适量水中,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。所得乙酸乙酯部分再经过反复硅胶柱层析及重结晶后,得到一个贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物1,经理化及波谱分析,其结构确证为一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜,命名为:16α-羟基-17-乙酰氧基-对映-贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸。
【Abstract】 A new kaurane diterpenoid was isolated from the bark of Annona glabra Linn.Fifteen kg of bark of the plant was(extracted) with 95 % EtOH for 3 times,each time for 2 h.The extract,which was suspended in water,was partitioned successively with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-BuOH.Then the ethyl acetate fraction was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization to afford compound 1.On the basis of chemical and spectral analysis,the structure was confirmed to be a kaurane diterpenoid,which is a novel compound,named 16α-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-oic acid.
