【摘要】 目的探讨TriVex系统治疗曲张血管术后并发症的观察和护理要点。方法采用TriVex系统治疗49例患者(63条腿),术前均经彩色多普勒超声证实深静脉通畅。结果术中无任何并发症的发生,平均每条腿手术时间为34min,29例患者恢复平稳,其中20例患者恢复非常满意,16条腿出现血肿,经处理治愈;1条腿出现张力性水泡经刺破后治愈。并发症发生率为28.6%(18/63)。结论TriVex系统治疗是治疗曲张血管的一种安全有效的方法,密切观察并发症并注意加强护理,以取得更好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the technique of transilluminated powered phlebectomy for its technique-related complications and its nursing measures. Methods 49 patients with lower extremity varicosis were operated with this new technique(63 legs in all). The phlebectomy of the side branches was done with the new system (Trivex System/Smith and Nephew). Before operation the patients underwent Doppler ultrasound and duplex scanning. Results There was no intraoperative complication. The mean operation time per leg was 34 minutes. 29 patients had an uneventful postoperative course. 20 patients have been very satisfied with the excellent result. 16 patients required treatment because of postoperative hematoma. One patient developed a seroma, which could be managed via puncture. The overall morbidity was 28.6%. Conclusion Transilluminated powered phlebectomy is a effective procedure for minimal invasive varicose vein surgery. A perfect outcome might be obtained if the surgeon and nursing is aware of technique-related complications.更多还原
