【摘要】 目的了解老年慢性疾病患者的遵医行为。方法采用问卷调查法,调查100例老年慢性疾病患者遵医行为的影响因素。结果老年慢性疾病患者的文化程度、居家情况、经济状况、不同疾病、对疾病的认识程度、对医护人员的信任程度以及不同的心理功能等对老年慢性疾病患者的遵医行为有影响(P<0.01)。结论针对老年慢性疾病患者遵医行为的影响因素,实施有效的护理对策,可提高患者的遵医行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore treatment compliance of senile patients with chronic disease. Method 100 cases of senile patients with chronic disease were interviewed by questionnaires concerning treatment compliance and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The investigate showed that the factors affecting treatment compliance in patients with chronic disease include education background, family economic conditions, understanding of knowledge about disease, psychological function and trust between patients and medical staff. Conclusion Appropriate nursing measures aiming at these influencing factors can improve the treatment compliance of senile patients with chronic disease.更多还原
