【摘要】 目的观察腔内射频静脉闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的护理效果。方法回顾应用腔内射频闭合术治疗的下肢静脉曲张手术患者共15例的临床资料。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。患者疼痛程度轻,下床活动早,术后恢复快,住院时间短。结论术前充分的准备、术后采取积极有效的护理措施、早期有序的下肢活动及功能锻炼是预防下肢深静脉血栓形成等并发症的发生,是保证患者顺利康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care on endovenous radiofrequency obliteration treatment for varicose vein of lower extremities.Methods The effect of nursing care in 15 patients with venous varicose of 23 lower extremities undergoing endovenous radiofrequency obliteration was analyzed retrospectively.Results Good effects in all patients were attained,no serious complications occurred.Endovenous radiofrequency obliteration had advantages of mild pain,rapid recovery and short hospitalizing time.Conclusion The success of this procedure relies on sufficient preoperative preparation,appropriate nursing care and early exercises training of lower extremities.更多还原
