【摘要】 目的探讨出院健康教育干预对带T管出院患者的影响作用。方法将带T管出院的患者64例随机分成两组,两组患者在住院期间均按常规护理及健康教育,对照组出院前常规发放健康教育处方,观察组出院前除发放健康教育处方外,再进行出院健康教育干预,并在出院后进行两次电话回访,两组患者均在回院拔T管时进行问卷调查,收集资料,并进行统计学处理。结果患者对总体生活质量满意度,心理状况,T管相关知识掌握,自我护理能力,社会交往能力方面都明显优于对照组,并发症的发生明显少于对照组,差别有显著性意义,P<0.05。结论出院健康教育干预能使带T管出院在家的患者达到与住院相同的治疗效果,患者掌握相关知识,提高自我护理能力,增强社会交往能力,预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of health educational intervention on the discharged patients with T-tubes unremoved.Methods 64 cases of discharged patients with T-tubes unremoved were divided into two groups randomly.Each group received routine nursing and health education in the hospital.When discharged from hospital,patients in the experiment group received additional health educational intervention.Patients from both groups were all followed up by telephone.The questionnaires were collected when the patients visited the hospital for removal of the T-tube.Results Compared with their counterparts in the control group,patients in the experiment group exhibited more emotional stability,better psychological status,improved self-care ability and more social communication activities.They grasped more T-tube related knowledge and were more satisfied with their quality of life.T-tube related complications were significantly rare in the experiment group(P<0.05).Conclusions By means of health educational intervention,patients discharged from hospital with T-tube unremoved may benefit from faster recovery,improved quality of life and reduced health care expenses.更多还原
