传热方式对烘房热能利用的影响
Effect of Heat Transfer Methods on Energy Efficiency of heating Room
【摘要】 对浸泡式蒸发与降膜式蒸发两种传热方式在烘房应用时的实际热效率进行了对比,发现虽然降膜式蒸发强度比浸泡式蒸发高1倍以上,但实际应用时由于受换热管安装方式的影响,采用传统的浸泡式蒸发方式时烘房的热效率反而较高,达到57%。
【Abstract】 The energy efficiencies of two heat transfer methods: immersion evaporation and falling film evaporation were compared. The results showed that although the evaporation intensity of falling film evaporation was two times higher than that of immersion evaporation,but in practice,if the heater was set up around the wall of heating room,the energy efficiency of immersion evaporation was about(57%) higher than that of falling film evaporation.
