【摘要】 目的观察分析有限切开间接复位双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的方法和疗效。方法对22例胫骨平台双髁骨折患者行有限切开间接复位双钢板内固定。结果22例均获随访,时间8~36个月,平均18个月。骨折均获得骨性愈合。按Rasmussen评分标准评价膝关节功能,优10例,良9例,可3例。结论应用微创技术,正确选择手术时机,术中良好复位,早期恰当的功能锻炼可提高胫骨平台双髁骨折的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the treatment method and effect of limited exposure,indirect reduction and dual plates fixation in treatment of tibia plateau bicondylar fracture.Methods 22 patients with tibia plateau bicondylar fractures were treated with limited exposure and indirect reduction with dual plating.Results 22 patients were followed up for 8 to 36 months(average 18 months).All the fractures healed satisfactorily.According to Rasmussen criteria,the results were excellent in 10 cases,good in 9 and fair in 3.Conclusions Good timing of surgery,application of minimally invasive skills,correct reduction,rigid internal fixation with dual plates and early,right functional exercise will enhance the curative effects of the tibia plateau bicondylar fracture.更多还原
