【摘要】 目的探讨DHS治疗股骨转子周围骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析使用DHS治疗股骨转子间和转子下骨折715例的临床资料。结果死亡1例。获随访187例,转子间骨折156例,优良率为94.8%;转子下骨折31例,优良率为87.1%。并发症以大腿疼痛及深静脉栓塞多见。结论只要熟练掌握手术技巧,有效地进行围手术期处理,正确地掌握手术适应证,使用DHS治疗股骨转子间和转子下骨折是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical results of intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures treated with DHS.Methods The treatment of 715 patients with intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures with DHS were analysed.Results 1 cases died.187 caces were followed up.The resultes were exellent and good in 94.8% of intertrochanteric fractures,and 87.1% in subtrochanteric fractures.The main complications were thign pain and deep vein thrombosis.Conclusions It is a safe and effective method with DHS in treating intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures provided with skillful technique effective perioperative management and correct indication selection.更多还原
