【摘要】 目的探讨应用跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法对44例(48足)跟骨关节内骨折采用足外侧入路行关节面复位,钢板内固定治疗,评价临床疗效。结果44例获12~36个月随访,参照M aryland的评分系统,优30足,良14足,可4足。结论应用跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折有较好的效果,应重视术后处理,减少切口感染和皮肤坏死的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical technique and clinical outcome of intraarticular fractures of calcaneus by open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plate.Methods 44 cases(48 feet) were treated by the articular facet reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plate through lateral approach.The clinical results and complication were evaluated.Results 44 cases were followed up for 12～36 months.According to evaluation system suggested by Maryland,the results were excellent in 30 feet,good in 14 and fair in 4.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plate is a good method for interaarticular fractures of calcaneus.Postoperative should be emphasized to limit wound infection and skin necrosis更多还原
