【摘要】 目的探讨一种新型F ixion可膨胀髓内钉内固定系统治疗下肢长管状骨骨折的疗效。方法采用新型F ixion可膨胀髓内钉内固定系统治疗下肢长管状骨骨折14例。结果经4~12个月随访,骨折全部愈合,无不良并发症发生。结论可膨胀髓内钉内固定具有微创、操作简单、固定强度大、骨折愈合快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of lower extremity long tubular bone fractures by Fixion expanding intramedullary nail.Methods 14 cases of lower extremity long tubular bone fractures were treated with Fixion expanding intramedullary nail.Reasults 14 cases were followed up for 4～12 months.All cases got union without complication.Conclusions The application of expanding intramedullary nail in the treatment of extremity fractures has advantages of less trauma,simple operation,rigid fixation and high healing rate.更多还原
