【摘要】 目的探讨肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现特征与其PTEN蛋白表达间关系。资料与方法70例HCC进行MSCT双期扫描,术后标本进行HE染色及PTEN免疫组织化学染色。对照分析MSCT表现与病理和PTEN表达。结果PTEN蛋白表达率为65.7%。包膜完整组与不完整组中PTEN表达率分别为82.1%、54.8%(P<0.05);有癌栓与无癌栓组PTEN表达率分别为56.3%、86.4%(P<0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白表达缺失主要发生于包膜不完整及有静脉癌栓的HCC,根据HCC的MSCT表现可以间接推测PTEN蛋白表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlations between multislice spiral CT(MSCT) findings and expression of PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Materials and Methods Enhanced dual phase MSCT scanning were performed in 70 patients with HCC, the specimens were stained with HE and immunohistochemistry. The relations between CT findings and expression of PTEN were analyzed.Results The rate of positive expression of PTEN was 65.7% totally, the rate of positive expression of PTEN in capsulated HCC (82.1%) and the group without tumor thrombus (86.4%) were significantly higher than that without complete capsules (54.8%) and the group with tumor thrombus (56.3%).Conclusion Loss of PTEN protein expression in HCC were occurred in HCC without complete capsules and with thrombus, in some degree, MSCT features might reflect the expression of PTEN.更多还原
