【摘要】 目的提高对系统性硬皮病患者的手部X线表现的认识。资料与方法对20例系统性硬皮病患者阳性手部X线平片进行分析。结果X线表现为指骨末端骨质吸收、骨质疏松、关节脱位或半脱位、软组织钙化及关节挛缩等异常征象。指骨末端骨质吸收的程度与病程的长短有密切的相关性(χ2=11.08,P<0.005)。结论指骨末端骨质吸收是系统性硬皮病的主要X线表现;手骨骨质疏松更多的是源于废用性因素;少数病例并发腕月状骨坏死(2/20)和软组织钙化(4/20)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve recognition on X ray appearance of hands of patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc).Materials and Methods X-ray positive features in 20 cases of hands of patients who diagnosed SSc were analyzed.Results X-ray appearance included osteolysis of phalanx botton, osteoporosis, joint dislocation or part of dislocation, calcification of soft tissue and joint contracture etc. There exsited familiar relativity between degree of phalanx bottom osteolysis and course of disease (χ2=11.08, P<0.005). Conclusion Phalanx bottom osteolysis is a characteristic X ray appearance of SSc; lost using is a very important factor to induce osteoporosis; the minority cases have osteonecrosis of lunate bone (2/20) and calcification of soft tissue (4/20).更多还原
