【摘要】 目的探讨无创正压机械通气(NIPPV)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法64例COPD急性发作期合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗;治疗组除常规治疗外,加用NIPPV,通气时间5~7 d。比较两组同期血气分析及临床症状变化。结果治疗组血气、心率、呼吸频率等较对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论应用NIPPV可明显改善COPD急性发作期患者症状,提高PaO2,降低PaCO2,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of noninvasive ventilation in COPD respiratory failure patients with hypercapnia.Methods 64 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control and trial groups,which received,respectively,conventional medial therapy and conventional medical therapy plus noninvasive ventilation respectively.The blood gas analysis index,heart rate,breath rate were compared between the two groups at 1 h,24 h,and 7 days after treatment.Results The blood gas analysis index,heart rate,breath rate improved more significantly in the trial group than in the controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The symptoms and arterial blood gases index were improved by noninvasive ventilation.更多还原
