【摘要】 目的观察大分割三维适形放射治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和开放并发症。方法32例非小细胞肺癌患者行大分割三维适形放疗,6~8Gy/f,隔日1次,总剂量48Gy。结果治疗后4~8周观察疗效,完全缓解28.1%(9/32),部分缓解率50%(16/32),有效率78.1%(25/32),1年生存率为62.5%(30/32)。放射性肺炎、放射性食道炎发生率分别为21.9%(7/32)、6.25%(2/22)。结论大分割三维适形放射治疗能够有效的提高中晚期肺癌的局部控制率,并发症低,近期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of high-dose three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced lung cancer patients and its complications. Methods. Thirty-two patients with non-small cell lung cancer received treatment of high-dose three-dimensional conformal radiation 6~8 Gy/f, one fraction every other day with the total dose being 48 Gy. Results Four to 8 weeks after the radiotherapy, the overall response rate was 28.1% (9/32). The efficacy rate was 78.1% (25/32) and one-year survival rate was 62.5%(20/32). The radiation-induced lung and esophageal injuries rates were respectively 21.9%(7/32) and 6.25% (2/32). Conclusion The high-dose three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy can effectively improve the local control rate of advanced lung cancer. It has low rate of complications and has overall satisfactory effect.更多还原
