【摘要】 目的观察金克槐耳颗粒对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫细胞活性的影响。方法74例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为二组,治疗组38例采用金克槐耳联合化疗,对照组单用化疗。结果治疗组NK细胞活性T4/T8比值水平明显高于对照组,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论金克槐耳颗粒可以保护非小细胞肺癌患者免疫细胞活性及提高机体免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Jinke Huaier granule on immune cell activity in patients with Stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Seventy-four patients with Stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （n=38） received Jinke Huaier granule combined with chemotherapy and the control group （n=36） received chemotherapy only. Results The value of NK cell activity and T₄/T₈ in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the controls and the difference reached significant level: P<0.05. Conclusion Jinke Huaier granule can protect immune cell activity of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and increase body immunity.更多还原
