【摘要】 目的探讨卡介苗接种后引起各种异常反应的预防及处理。方法通过临床表现、相关检查或现场调查综合分析进行确诊,采用联合治疗方法,包括局部和全身治疗。结果经综合诊疗后,各种异常反应病例均痊愈,同时分析了相应异常反应发生的原因,取得了相关经验。结论卡介苗接种异常反应主要与个体差异有关,应尽量避免发生,提高接种的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the way of preventing and handling non-normal responses after bacillus and calmette and guerin (BCG) vaccination is given. Methods The non-responses were studied through clinical manifestations, relevant examinations, on-site inspection and comprehensive analysis including local and whole-body treatment. Results Non-normal responses were cured after comprehensive treatment. At the same time, the possible reasons for the non-normal responses were studied and the experience from the study was gained. Conclusion There exists individual difference in developing non-normal responses after BCG vaccination. For the safety of vaccination, non-normal responses should be avoided if possible.更多还原
