【摘要】 目的核内不均一核糖核蛋白(heterogeneous nuclear ribonu lcleoprote in,HnRNP)B1在肺癌病灶中的表达的特征。方法应用电泳法检测30例非小细胞肺癌及癌旁组织中的表达并分析其与肺癌临床分期的关系。结果N SCLC组织中HnRNP B1的表达阳性率(80%)显著高于癌旁组织(40%),在四种组织类型中的表达率为50%~100%,其中鳞癌表达率较高;30例手术标本进行临床分期后发现HnRNP B1在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期阳性率达100%,Ⅲ期下降至85.7%,Ⅳ期的阳性率最低,为50%。结论HnRNP B1的过度表达与非小细胞肺癌有密切关系。在早期肺癌尤其是鳞癌中有较高的表达。检测肺组织中HnRNP B1表达对N SCLC尤其鳞癌的早期诊断有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression features of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonulcleoprotein B1 in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods HnRNP B1 expression of cancer tissues and paracancerous lung tissues were detected in 30 non-small cell lung cancer patients by the use of electrophoresis methods.Results The positive expressive rate of HnRNP B1 in lung cancer tissues(80%) was significantly higher than that in paracancerous lung tissues(40%).The positive expressive rate of HnRNP B1 in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung was the highest.The positive rate of HnRNP B1 in Stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ disease(100%) was significantly higher than that in Stages Ⅲ disease(85.7%) and Ⅳ(50%).Conclusion The overexpression of HnRNP B1 in lung cancer tissues may play an important role in the oncogenesis of lung cancer.Detection of HnRNP B1 expression may be helpful in early diagnose of lung cancer,especially for squamous cell carcinoma of lung.更多还原
