【摘要】 目的:探讨颌面骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的临床特征及治疗特点。方法:对近10年住院治疗的67例颌面骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:67例中良性肿瘤57例(85%),恶性10例(15%)。男女发病年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访8个月～10年,失访15例,按死亡计,余52例中5例术后局部肿瘤复发。行下颌骨部分切除15例,其中8例自体髂骨移植修复,3例钢板修复,1例游离腓骨瓣移植修复,均存活。结论:颌骨多囊性病变刮除术效果好。自体骨移植修复下颌骨缺损操作简单、效果好,只要适应证选择恰当,仍然是下颌骨缺损修复的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical features and the treatment result of occlusalf surface bone tumors.Method:Sixty-seven patients with occlusalf surface bone tumors were retrospective analyzed.Result:Benign and malignant tumors were respectively 57(85%) and 10(15%). Significant differences(P<0.05) were observed between the age of male and female. Fifty-five patients followed up from 8 months to 10 years, fifteen patients losed to follow up. Five cases were found local recurrence of tumors in 52 patients. Fifteen patients were performed partial resection of mandible, among of them, 12 mandible defects were reconstructed simultaneously and the reconstruction, survived well without failure.Conclusion:Polycystic disease of the jaw are usually handled by curettage; Auto-bone transplantation is still a good method in the reconstruction of mandible defects.更多还原
