【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺囊性增生病的声像图特点,提高超声对乳腺囊性增生病的诊断符合率。方法对高频超声诊断为乳腺囊性增生病同时病理形态学检查为阳性结果的167例患者的声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果病理检查结果:乳腺囊性增生病146例,乳腺囊肿12例,乳腺导管内乳头状瘤5例,乳腺癌2例,乳腺纤维瘤2例。超声诊断符合146例诊断符合率为87.43%。结论高频超声对乳腺囊性增生病的诊断和鉴别诊断有较大的临床应用价值,在乳腺疾病普查中可广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sonographic features of cystic hyperplasia of breast,and to increase the diagnose accordance rate of cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods 167 patients with cystic hyperplasic of breast.were examined by high frequency ultrasound and confirmed by biopsies.The sonographic features of those 167 patients are reviewed and analyzed.Results Pathology results:146 cases with cystic hyperplasic of breast,12 cases with galactophore cysts,5 cases with galactophore intraductal pappiloma,2 cases with galactophore carcinoma,2 cases with galactophore fibroma.The diagnostic coincident cases were 146,the diagnose accordance rate was 87.43%.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is valuable in diagnosing or recognizing cystic hyperplasic of breast.It can be widely used to examine patients with galactophore disease.更多还原
