【Abstract】 EUS was firstly used to detect prostatic nodules. With the development of ultrasonic imaging, technology and clinical application, EUS is generally used in evaluating rectal carcinoma,such as preoperative staging of infiltration depth,decisions of the posiion and range,and follow- up survey.Now it has been an important auxiliary examination method of anorectal disease.
