【摘要】 目的探讨异位妊娠的超声表现及超声诊断价值。方法对我院近四年来经B超检查、保守治疗或手术及病理检查证实的41例异位妊娠声像图表现作回顾性分析。结果胎囊型7例(占17.07%);宫旁非特异性包块21例(占51.22%);盆腔、腹腔积液36例(占87.8%);手术病例的超声诊断符合率88.2%(30/34)。结论B超诊断异位妊娠准确性较高,可作为首选的辅助诊断方法;充分掌握异位妊娠的各种超声表现、鉴别诊断要点和临床诊断依据,可以提高B超诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and diagnostic value of ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy.(Methods Retrospective) analysis was performed on the patients who underwent ultrasonography and expectant treatment or operation and were final diagnosed by pathology.Results Among them,7 cases were with gestational sac(17.07%);21 cases were with non-specifical mass(51.22%),36 cases were with fluidify in abdominal cavity and pelvic cavity(87.8%).The coincidence rate was 88.2%(30/34).Conclusion the two-dimensional ultrasound could be applied as the first method for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy for its high accuracy.The diagnostic rate can be highly enhanced by combining the ultrasonic characteristics with differential diagnosis and clinical signs.更多还原
