【摘要】 文章根据宁波社区图书馆的现状,提出了采取法律措施保障社区图书馆的发展,运用评估手段来促进社区图书馆规范建设的新思路。借鉴国外发达国家社区图书馆发展的经验,对照国家教委颁布的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》《中小学图书馆(室)规程》的通知,对社区图书馆的建立与发展的法律具体内容:社区图书馆的性质;社区图书馆的体制和组织结构;社区图书馆的设备与规模;社区图书馆的经费保证人员编制与开放时间逐一进行了详细论证。并论述了评估必须建立科学的评估指标体系,才能规范社区图书馆工作,促进社区图书馆建设全面发展。更多还原
