具有液力藕合器的带式输送机动力学的仿真

【摘要】 用有限单元法建立了带式输送机系统纵向振动的动力学模型,用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件的神经网络工具箱建立了电机配液力耦合器的驱动系统仿真模块。对建立的带式输送机动力学系统的数学模型应用SIMULINK软件建立仿真模型,通过合理的设置仿真参数,对带式输送机的起动过程进行仿真,计算出输送机在起动情况下任意时刻输送带任意截面的位移、速度、加速度和张力,以控制输送机起动过程的稳定性和安全性。

【Abstract】 This paper establishes a dynamic model on the longitudinal vibration of belt conveyor system with finite elemental method and a simulation module of driving system with squirrel-cage motor and hydraulic coupling device using the neural networks toolbox of Matlab/Simulink software.It also creates simulation model of the established dynamic model of belt conveyor system with Matlab/Simulink software,and simulates the starting course of belt conveyor system by properly setting simulation parameters,so that all dynamic parameters of conveyor at random time during running are computed,such as displacement,velocity,acceleration and tension of any belt units.And output data are visualized,so as to control stability and security of the belt conveyor during starting.
