表面活性剂提高地浸采铀渗透性的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Improving Permeability of Ore-bearing Layer Using Surfactant in In-situ Leaching of Uranium
【摘要】 含矿层的渗透性是影响原地浸出采铀的一个重要因素。针对新疆某地浸采铀矿山的矿石进行了柱浸实验,初步研究了表面活性剂对含矿层渗透性的影响。结果表明,在溶浸液中加入适当的表面活性剂可显著提高矿层的渗透系数,尤其对低渗透性矿石可使其渗透系数增高30%~40%以上。这对提高地浸采铀的浸出率和资源回收率有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The permeability of ore-bearing layer is an important factor affecting in-situ leaching of uranium.The column leaching experiments of ore for the in-situ leaching of uranium in some uranium mine in Xinjiang are carried out,in which the affect of surfactant on the permeability of the ore-bearing layer is studied.The experimental results show that appropriate surfactant added into leaching solution can improve obviously the permeability coefficient of ore-bearing layer,especially,the permeability coefficient of low permeability ore can be increased over 30%-40%.It has important significance to improving the leaching rate of uranium and the recovery rate of resources.
