深孔药壶爆破初次爆扩用量药研究

【摘要】 深孔药壶爆破的关键是通过爆炸扩腔形成合适的药壶,而初次爆扩是后续爆扩的基础,其用药量的多少直接关系到爆炸扩腔的成败。利用能量方法,对初次爆扩用药量的问题进行了探讨,确定了深孔药壶爆破初次爆扩的用药量。在乌龙泉石灰石矿进行了现场试验,试验所确定的用药量是合理的,可以用来指导实际的爆炸扩腔。

【Abstract】 The key of deep-hole springing blasting is how to expand a suitable cavity by explosion.The first hole-springing explosion is the base of the follow-up hole-springing explosion,the charge weight of first springing has a directional bearing on the total effect of hole-springing explosion.In the paper,the charge weight is discussed using the energy method,and the charge weight of the first hole-springing explosion is determined for deep-hole springing blasting.The experiment carried uot in the Wulongquan Limestone Mine expresses the determined weight is reasonable and would be used to guide the actual cavity hole-springing explosion.
