常温磷化在检修煤矿井下防爆电器的应用
Application of Normal Temperature Phosphatization Technology in Overhaul of Underground Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment of Coal Mines
【摘要】 钢铁磷化是在金属表面通过化学反应生成一层非金属的、不导电的、难溶的多孔磷酸膜。常温磷化是当前研究最活跃,技术进步最快的磷化技术。磷化处理过程包括除油、表面除锈及活化、磷化、涂油、耐蚀性测定。经实际检测,钢铁表面进行磷化处理所得磷化膜,在大气中具有良好的耐腐蚀性,对钢铁基体有较强的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Iron and steel phosphatization is a porous phosphoric acid membrane forming on the metal surface through the chemical reaction. The membrane is nonmetallic, non-conducting and insoluble. The normal temperature phosphatization is the most advanced technology that is actively researched currently. The phosphatization disposal procedures include de-oiling, de-scaling of surface and activation, phosphatization, lubrication, checking of corrosion resistance. The checking results show that the disposed phosphatization membrane on the iron and steel surface has good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, which has strong protective effect on iron and steel matrix.
