【Abstract】 Dynamic capabilities of latecomer firms are the ability that the firms absorb,transfer,integrate and create knowledge.The paper discusses the logic relationship among knowledge transfer,dynamic capabilities and firm growth.Dynamic capabilities are the dynamic reason of latecomer firm growth,and knowledge transfer indirectly enables firm growth by dynamic capabilities.Firm growth includes the growth of boundary,behavior,structure and performance.Finally,the case study of ZTE is presented.更多还原
