【摘要】 通过对网络信息环境下的传统科技管理手段的深入分析,我们提出将数据挖掘等现代信息技术与科技管理方法相结合的技术监测的理论与方法。本文对技术监测的对象进行了研究,指出技术监测的对象包括科技管理需求层次(科技发展战略与计划、科技发展环境与需求、特定技术领域、技术项目)和监测基础层次(科技文献、技术专利、研发主体)。并对每个对象的监测内容、目的、方法和监测的案例结果进行了详尽的分析和阐述。更多还原
