燃煤高温复合固硫剂的研究
Research on Compound Sulfur Fixer for High Temperature Coal Combustion
【摘要】 开发了一种新的复合固硫剂,其最佳配方为:石灰为复合固硫剂的主成分(钙硫比为1.75),XMK-1、XMK-2和XMK-33种添加剂的用量(相对原煤质量)分别为4.0%、1.0%和0.5%。复合固硫剂在1 150℃时仍能使型煤保持70%以上的固硫率并且能满足褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤等不同中、高硫煤种的高温固硫。3种添加剂的适量加入均能提高固硫剂的固硫效果,X射线衍射的测试结果表明,XMK-2、XMK-3的固硫机理主要是形成包裹硫酸钙的耐热物相,阻止了硫酸钙的进一步分解。
【Abstract】 A new kind of compound sulfur fixer is developed.The optimum formulation is that limestone is used as the main component(the ratio of Ca to S is 1.75).The dosages of the three additives of XMK-1、 XMK-2 and XMK-3(against the mass of raw coal) are 1.0%、4.0% and 0.5% respectively.At 1150℃,the compound sulfur fixer can still make the shaped coal maintain a desulfurizaing efficiency more than 70%.Besides,it can meet the need of high temperature desulfurization of brown coal,soft coal and anthracite.Proper addition of the three addictives can enhance the desulfurization efficiency of the sulful fixer.The results of X ray diffraction showed that the mechanism of XMK-2 and XMK-3 is to form heat resistance phase around calcium sulfate to prevents calcium sulfate from decomposition.
