活化酸浸蛇纹石提取镁的实验研究
Study on Extraction of Magnesium from Serpentine by Activating Acid-leaching Technology
【摘要】 采用球磨和煅烧工艺对蛇纹石进行预处理,破坏其晶体结构,改善其物理化学特性,并用不同无机酸进行浸取。通过实验确定最佳条件是:在球磨机中球磨1 h后的矿粉,700℃条件下恒温煅烧1 h,然后用3 mol/L H2SO4在常温下搅拌1 h,固液比为1∶15,MgO的浸出率可达到93%。
【Abstract】 Serpentine was preprocessed by ball milling and calcinating processes to destroy its crystal structure and improve its physical and chemical properties.After that,the ore sample was leached by different kinds of inorganic acid.Through the experiment,the optimum operating conditions of the main process are established,that is,the ore sample is ground for 1h by ball mill,calcined at 700 ℃ for 1 h,and then mixed with 3 mol/L H2SO4 and stirred at normal temperature.The solid/liquid ratio is 1∶15.Under the optimum operating conditions,the leaching ratio of magnesium oxide in serpentine is up to 93%.
