【Abstract】 It is necessary and difficult to transfer knowledge between project teams in a knowledge intensive firm.Under the circum- stances of a real firm,promoting knowledge transfer by two competitive project-teams’ cooperation is suggested,and a game theoretic model of two competitive & cooperation project teams is given.Then the article analyzes the conditions of knowledge transfer of both teams,and points out the influencing factors of knowledge transfer.Finally some suggestions from the firm and project team perspec- tives are presented.更多还原
