我国科研课题管理的制度体系建设——现状、问题及对策
Institutional system of scientific research projects in China:Present situation,problems and countermeasures
【摘要】 本文分析了我国科研课题管理制度体系的现状及存在的问题,并提出了科研课题管理制度体系构建的对策。
【Abstract】 This article analyzes the present situation and problems of institutional system of scientific research projects in China,and then puts forward the countermeasures to conquor these problems in the construction of institutional system of scientific research projects.
