【Abstract】 Property right is a basic question of enterprise technological innovation.We must define the subjects of property rights,and then the motivation of property rights can more effective.This paper presents that "the subjects of property rights to enterprise technological innovation is stakeholder".And the authors explicate this opinion according to reality that stakeholder is behavior subjects to enterprise technological innovation and theory that stakeholder make a series of contracts with enterprise.更多还原
