全员创新的理论来源探究
Review on the theoretical source of all-involvement innovation
【摘要】 本文首先阐述了全员创新的定义和两大理论基础。接着,本文从提议制度及其发展、kaizen、TQM、永续创新、学习型组织和创新型组织中探究全员创新的理论来源。最后加以总结和概括。
【Abstract】 First,this paper introduced the definition and two basic theories of all-involvement innovation.Then,the paper studies the theoretical source of all-involvement innovation from suggestion system and evolution of this,kaizen,TQM,24/7 innovation,learning organization and innovative organization.In the end,the studying has been summarized and concluded.
