【摘要】 研究分析市场合约、联盟、合资和内部化等不同技术知识转移机制对转移绩效的影响,同时从技术知识特征、企业特征、技术环境等三个层面探讨四种机制选择的影响因素,提出相应的命题,并通过上海张江和深圳高新技术产业园区调研收集数据作Logit回归检验,研究发现:知识越隐性、技术越复杂、技术知识对企业越重要,则越多采用内部化或并购的机制;企业吸收能力越强,则越倾向采用市场合约的机制;技术互补性越好、技术差距越大、技术环境越动态,则越多选择联盟或合资的机制,等等。最后,阐述了研究的局限性以及未来研究的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discussed the four technology transfer mechanisms,such as market contract,alliance,joint venture and internalization,selective factors by terms of knowledge attributes,firm characteristic and technology environment.It puts forward some hypotheses and Logistic tests them by the data collected from Shanghai Zhangjiang and Shenzhen high-tech industry cluster.It found that the more tacit,complexity,strategic importance of the technology,the more the firms select the internalization or acquisition mechanism,the more complementary the technology are,the bigger the technology gap is,the more dynamic the technology environment are,the more the firms prefer the alliance and joint venture mechanisms.Finally,it discussed the research limits and further research.更多还原
