【摘要】 在当今中国社会随着知识经济的发展,专利权在经济发展中的作用越来越大。本文从经济学角度对我国的专利最优保护期进行深入的分析,试图探究现行专利保护期的合理性。文章通过分析专利的期限收益曲线、专利维持模型,首次提出国内企业和国外企业的专利成本的不同,并对此现象进行了解释。最后,通过我国近年来发明专利数量的变化趋势对文章结论进行了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of knowledge economy in China nowadays,patent plays a more and more important role in the development of economy.This paper analyses in detail the china’s invention patent optimum prevention duration from the point of view of economics,trying to explore the rationality of the current patent protection duration.This paper analyses the revenue curve of patent duration and the model of maintaining patent,and then for the first time,explains the difference of patent costs between at home and abroad.Finally,the author carries out an empirical study on the basis of the recent trend of patent quantity in China.更多还原
