【摘要】 企业创新网络是动态复杂环境下企业增强竞争力的重要途径,有效的企业创新网络会随着企业内外部条件的变化而演变。对浙江省331家企业的实证分析表明,企业创新网络的构建和演进要受到企业和企业家两个层面因素的影响,企业的进取型战略意图、网络导向的人力资源管理、开放的组织文化、整合度较高的内部交流结构、充足的内部资源配备、较高的信任感和强有力的承诺、以及企业家的性别、出生地、年龄、教育程度、职业背景、合作意识和扩张愿望,会影响到企业创新网络的范围扩展、关系强化和长期化。更多还原
